When you enroll in a Preventative Maintenance Membership (PMM) with Upkeep, you’ll receive regularly scheduled tune-ups and maintenance visits performed throughout the year, ensuring your equipment is running at peak efficiency.

Maintenance Plan Options
DIAMOND PLAN
• Promotional one-time registration fee (1st Unit - $48 and
Add-on Units - $36)
• 3-year part and labor warranty on any service repair that
we perform
• 2 visits per year, we call to schedule
• Same day response time (call must be recorded by
2:00pm to receive same day service)
• Waived overtime rates
• Over 45-point HVAC operating and safety inspection
checklist
• As needed: blower wheel cleaning, burner cleaning,
chemical coil cleaning, condensate treatments
• $100.00 loyalty rewards per year (use on major install
jobs and equipment change outs)
• Waived diagnostic rate (up to $130 savings per call)
• Bio-clean treatments (bacteria treatment for the
evaporator coil and blower assembly)
• Go over any issues with homeowner that are found
during maintenance service
• Filter cost included
GOLD PLAN
